Purposes of processing
The purpose of the processing is to provide statistical data aggregated by Smart Traffik to Maisons du Monde and its service provider in order to measure the allocation of marketing investments, both online and in the points of sale of its network of authorised distributors, and to optimise the management of these marketing investments.
Means
This processing is carried out by 1) depositing tracers on Maisons du Monde websites and collecting personal data, implemented by Maisons du Monde and Smart Traffik, 2) reconciling information on end-customer journeys in the sales outlets of approved distributors by using Smart Traffik’s omnichannel Graph ID, and implemented by Smart Traffik, and 3) the collection of information on end-customer journeys in the points of sale of approved distributors through the use of audience measurement tools (Smartbox) implemented by Smart Traffik.

The data concerned by the processing was determined jointly by Maisons du Monde and Smart Traffik.
Legal basis
The legal basis for the processing is the consent of the users.
